What truly made the difference with BWS was their highly supportive team at every stage of my onboarding process.

I am still at entry-level using Bureau Works (learned to use it earlier this year, and can't wait to use it, first for volunteer translations). Now, I guess I'll be less and less 'scared' to use AI when translating.

I love Bureau Works because this platform has strong built-in translation database, AI. It is fairly easy to use without the need to have an additional training. It also has excellent customer support.

Bureau Works is seamless, practical and effective. It reduces the hassle of file management, progress and project communication and is very efficient. Unlike its competitors in content management and localization platforms, it's designed to ease the functions of skilled professionals so they focus on their SME expertise to deliver up to bar and high quality content without worrying about tagging or file management issues.

I used Bureau Works to translate subtitles, and it keeps the timing and the meaning of the original text, but translates it in a way that will be very comprehensive for the culture that is being translated. The same with articles that I've translated into other languages.

The worst translation platform ever! I'm forced to use Bureau Works through an agency and it cannot deliver what it sells. The functionalities are very limited, the machine translations for post editing are unusable and the platform is slow.

Out of the blue, I received an email from Bureau Works asking me to define a password: 'Hi (my correct name)! It's a pleasure to have you on our platform. In order to gain access to Bureau Works, please set your password by clicking on the link below:' I have never visited the site or registered. This behaviour is suspect.

The company provides a must have desktop solution for professional translators. For me personally this is a game changer, saving me tons of time. I am eager for the updates as well! A big thank you!
