I am very pleased with the quality of…
I am very pleased with the quality of the print work and the care with which it was shipped. As a commercial photographer, I have worked over the years with lots of labs, and can say that I am impressed with the professionalism and customer service at Bumblejax. They understand that nuances matter and take the time to help you figure out the best solution, to help you achieve your vision. That is paramount to me.

I'm enamored with these acrylic photo blocks!
This was my first time ordering acrylic blocks from anywhere and my goodness, they came out sooo amazing. They're like almost 3D. I love the thickness, the color if vibrant, and it's something different from the standard "hang on the wall" options, as these all sit on my shelves or desk. Super happy with the outcome!

Disappointed in the transaction
You chopped off several inches of my picture, so it looked like crap. Then you blamed me and then tried to get me to pay $65 to fix your mistake. I’ve gotten good prints/service in the past, but will not be using your services again.

Absolutely 110% false assessment of the service and product provided and one of the worst customer experiences we've had in 12 years of doing business. We did not trim anything off the print at all. The reality is this customer had an edge of a tree less than an 1/8" from the edge of the image and ordered a canvas wrap. There is always a small variation at the edge of approximately 1/16" or so at the wrap corner along with the stretch. Customer immediately assumed we changed the photo, our site doesn't work and we can't be trusted in ALL CAPS. We offered to redo the print if he wanted to send a new file at far below cost to get the print he wanted. At the end of the day, after explaining in detail the process and what happened, we decided to refund him in full for the print and send him on his way.

High quality metal prints
I've tested many print labs for my photography business, and Bumblejax makes the highest quality Chromaluxe metal prints! I plan to use them as my supplier going forward.

Terrific to hear Jeremy! We do spend a lot of time on color profiling to get it just right so thanks for noticing the difference and taking the time to share!
