I used to box at a high level 35 years ago and used a bull worker then.I’m 57 now and bought the steel bow as I work away and it fits into my suitcase. It’s a fantastic muscle builder when used properly. Some of the exercises in the book are for toning but if you want to build real muscle then it’s a real affective bit of kit. Don’t believe the keyboard superstars who want to get big in a week and say it’s rubbish, this will definitely get you bigger
