Hat, very very poor quality, wrong size came in a bag, damaged and out of shape. Absolutely not as described!

This is a scam, despite the website, it all comes from China. They promise to send their hats in a box, well my came in a plastic bag and they looked like they were sat on for a week, totally devastated. They only give a partial refund, though it clearly state full refund and free send backs. Don’t by from this company !

Absolutely THE sh!ttest hat I've ever seen!! Avoid these pieces of garbage! It was also mashed from transit! They post in a plastic bag! Absolute heap of sh!t hat and wouldn't even wear it to mow the yard. Zero stars!

I received the incorrect hat in the incorrect size and mishaped in just a bag. When I requested the correct item or a full refund only offered a partial refund but I could keep the too small and damaged hat. For a full refund I had to return the hat at my own expense.! 1 star as complaints department reply promptly. Avoid, Chinese company despite name.

Bullhatter (zelfde als Soulhatter) lijkt mooie site met producten uit (Latijnse) Amerika, handgemaakt e.d. maar zo gauw je besteld zie je dat het gewoon duur betaalde Chinese meuk is. Is een SCAM bedrijf. Panamahoed besteld, kwam vandaag binnen, opgefrommeld in plastic zak terwijl men adverteert dat het in een doos komt. Rommel is nog geen vijf euro waard. Helaas een dure les, maar koop niet van dit soort hoeden verkopers op Facebook en Instagram. BEWARE!!!!! Liefst negatief vijf sterren.
