Chep an flimsy China hat. Absolutely worthless. Advertining free return shipping, but want me to pay for it. After Paypal got involved, they offered me 57% refund. In the end Paypal decided to return the money. So I only end up paying the unneccessary shipping insurance (for two €10,- hats, there is no insurance needed), which certainly ended in their pocket too. And a tip, I added for the employees, that most likely ended in their pockets too. Billiger, labbriger Chinahut. Absolut wertlos. Wirbt mit bezahlter Retoure, will dann aber, dass ich dafür zahle. Nachdem Paypal eingeschaltet wurde offerierte man mir 57% Rückzahlung. Paypal hat dann zu meinen Gunsten entschieden und das Geld für die Hüte zurückgeschickt. Jetzt bin ich "nur" auf den Kosten für die Transportversicherung sitzen geblieben (die die sich sicher in die Tasche gesteckt haben, für €10,- braucht man keine Versicherung) und einem Trinkgeld, das ich für die Angestellten zugefügt habe, das ganz sicher auch in der eigenen Tasche gelandet ist.

I ordered a 10x cowboy hat from these people and when it arrived it was nowhere like the quality they advertised. It would even have been bad for a cheap kids dress up hat. Really flimsy felt and packaged in a plastic bag with no sweatband and far too big despite using theire sizing measurements on the site. I sent a complaint and they offered me to keep the hat and they would refund 20% to which i declined. After a few more emails they gave me the option of paying out even more money to return the item as they don't pay return postage in which case they said i would bet a full refund or to keep the hat and they would issue a 40% refund. As that was the best they could offer i accepted to at least get something back but was till left out of pocket. Alam bell rand when i saw it was depatched from China even though it was supposed to be made in the USA. Do not make the same mistake of ordering from these scammers as i did.

Ordered from IG advert on Yellowstone posts. Hats arrived in Australia 6 weeks after purchase. Just like many reviews they came in platic bags not boxes as advertised, crumpled, made from cheap felt. How do chinese sleep at night doing such criminal activity?? Stay away.

I am the owner of the THE BULL HATTER. An American company that specializes on women hand burned hats. In May of 2024 I started receiving upset emails asking about orders and dissatisfaction from customers. I panicked but I noticed very quick that they were asking about men hats products I do not sell. Since them I have received hundreds of emails for this scammers. They took my name without the THE. I am tired and exhausted about it. I don't know who to contact for this Chinese scammers to be shut down. Please help.

Giving one star is too generous. This place is a joke. The garbage they sent was ridiculous and I’m so pissed that I didn’t do my due diligence researching them before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Only gave 1 star as 0 is not an option. Firstly, the hat I ordered was just in a plastic bag (not shipped in a box as their site promises) and was squashed/damaged upon arrival. Once opened, not only was the hat poor quality but the hat I received wasn't even the hat ordered, it was a completely different colour and style. I have reached out to Bullhatter and their customer service is awful. They have eventually offered a partial refund, but this would still leave me out of pocket with a hat I didn't order and is completely unusable anyway. They have given me the option of returning the hat, but at my own cost and informed me that in their experience this would cost me around $20 and take 'months'. Wish I had sought out reviews before ordering! There are many reviews on their website which are all positive, but appears to be nowhere to leave a review, so I can only assume that these aren't genuine! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

This is scam. Tried to buy hats. The dont send outside America? Or they dont sell hats at all? Got my money back but they took 25 $… smart. Buy somewhere else.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I spent over $100 on this piece of trash. This thing isn't worth $10. It's all bent out of shape and definitely not what I was expecting. I got it through Paypal and am going to be requesting ALL of my money back. This is a straight ripoff. also I waited 17 days for it to come from China, but the return address says it was mailed from Illinois . They are scammers and liars. I just got mine a few minutes ago and all I could do was start writing. TRASH
