The data is high quality and is near real-time. This data helps me make better decisions as a trader and understand where the big money is going to catch the trend. I'm still learning to filter out noise and catch actual data which can be helpful via shadowing live trades and more documentation / blogs. The videos guides on bullflow academy do cover a lot of the concepts but can be improved by keeping them current with the latest features.
