I reported various problems; they asked for clarification which I gave; they then said I was in the wrong area. They did not investigate or fix the problems. They also ended my subscription before it was due. Their support was pathetic. Gemini labeled it typical support. Update after response:- Their response says that they reviewed my comments. They viewed them and dismissed them. They can't have bothered even glancing at the problem of data prints as these were glaring. To say they were sorry about the frustrating experience is insulting. If they had been sorry they would have had proper responses to my comments.

Banned from Discord and Twitter without explanation or opportunity to respond I was an active member of the Bullflow community across multiple platforms. On Discord, I was first muted without any explanation, then subsequently banned without ever being told what I did wrong. When I asked for clarification, there was no response. The same pattern repeated on their Twitter community, I was blocked when they noticed that I was still complaining about the incident. What went wrong: 1. Muted twice without explanation 2. Banned without opportunity to appeal or understand the violation 3. Complete lack of transparency and communication 4. No response to inquiries about the actions taken Inconsistent moderation. This isn't an isolated incident. They also advertise the so called "analysts" which then we are not even authorized to ping or anything. Doesn't even make sense. As a paid service, this approach is unacceptable. Professional services are expected to provide clear communication about policy violations and allow members to understand the rules they're being held to. Bottom line: If transparency, fair treatment, and basic communication matter to you, avoid this. One of the team members was homophobic and failed to mute the other people supposedly having political opinions when its against the rules. Most of the reviews in this trustpilot seem fake. EDIT: The person who answered me mentioned that I broke rules but they failed to tell me why I got muted in the first place and the "drama" was after I asked in the general chat why I was muted since they didnt answer me

I’ve been using Bullflow for about two years now and recently upgraded to the Premium membership, and boy am I glad I did! It is a very affordable tool. The GEX levels on charts is a game changer. There are so many great features and the team keeps making improvements constantly. Not only do you get an amazing tool for a great price but you get access to invaluable educational resources as well as a community of traders to help you in your trading journey.

I am just going to say I made more money than the annual premium subscription with my first two trades by just looking at GEX charts. Imagine using this platform at full capacity. I feel like it’s stupidly cheap for the data they provide. If I had an option, then I would have signed for a multi-year contract at the current price.

Bullflow is actually an awesome platform. Found them when I was in search of a flow and gex platform that wasn’t charging an arm and a leg. Aside from it being super awesome and easy to use there is endless content provided by Bullflow in the private discord to learn to use all of the feature. a+

A MUST HAVE For options traders! I’ve had Bullflow.io for over a year and have recently upgraded to the premium package and love it. The GEX / The mobile alerts the heat map is all amazing - I tell all my students it’s a must have! Thank you for making Flow affordable!

Been with these guys for almost two years. Nice group helpful. They were always responsive when I had questions. I’ve been with them as they add upgrades the platform keeps getting better. One of the most cost effective sites smart money positioning dark pool gex ai alerts and even an academy . love the bubble charts and the ability to personalize things. The discord and traders on there are an added bonus. Great community!
