I am sorry to tell you that I find your website utterly confusing. It took me a long time to deal with the layout and even to sign in. I don't remember that I had so many problems just signing in quite some time ago when I ordered from you. I believe you need to reconstruct your website from the bottom up.
Response from Bull City FlavorsSep 4, 2026

We continuously update our platform to improve backend security and performance, and feedback like yours is crucial for helping us refine site navigation and user login flows. We’re passing your notes directly to our web development team to review. If you ever run into trouble accessing your account or placing an order, please drop us a line at [email protected]—we are always happy to assist in any way we can!
