I love bcf and I've purchased from them a few times now but the last 2 times a bottle or 2 leaked and i could tell they weren't tightened all the way. Other than that they're great.

Hi, thank you so much for the review and we’re so sorry about the leaks on your last two orders! Loose caps are definitely something we want to catch before an order leaves our facility. We’ll be addressing this with our bottling and packing teams immediately to make sure caps are secured tightly. Please drop us a line at [email protected] with your order numbers so we can make things right on those lost flavorings. Thanks for helping us improve!

Bull City Flavors are well-priced and good quality. Their people are polite and responsive. Shipping from this company is as reliable as it is possible to be. I'm only taking a star off for occasional leaks or other small problems, but they probably deserve all the stars. I know of no better flavor retailer.

Thank you so much for this incredible review! We are so happy to hear that our pricing, quality, and staff responsiveness hit the mark for you. We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding occasional leaks. Shipping liquid flavor concentrates has its challenges, and we try hard to prevent those occasional leaks. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] any time you have an issue and we'll make it right. Thank you for your support, and we'll keep working hard to earn that 5th star on your next order!

The service is great! Had an issue getting a shipping quote, on the opening day of the July 4th weekend, and someone was back with me within the hour! My issue was resolved! Okay, the reason why Bull City didn't get a perfect score? It's the new website lay out and the fact so many products are not being carried anymore! Not to mention that the Bull City already had a fairly limited brand name selection/size compared to DIY Canada or Nom's...Wish that I could do more business with them because their are a lot more and better brands to be had!

Hi Michael, thank you for the review! We are thrilled our team could get back to you within the hour on a holiday weekend to resolve that shipping quote. We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding our new website layout and our selection. Transitioning to a new site layout is a big step, and user feedback helps us fine-tune the experience. Regarding our brand selection, we focus heavily on maintaining fresh, high-demand inventory that complies strictly with food and beverage standards. If you ever want to share specific brands or products you'd like to see us carry, please reach out at [email protected]. We can't promise everything, but we're always listening and your input genuinely matters!

Wonderful service..great everything. I just didn't give 5 Stars cause for an international customer its a bit of a pain when stuff is outta stock cause I gotta make follow up smaller orders which isn't cost effective.

Hi Richard, thank you so much for the review! We’re glad everything went well with your service, but we know how frustrating out-of-stock items can be, especially when you're shipping globally. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team when you are planning an order—we can often give you ETA updates on incoming inventory and try and arrange it so you can get everything in one go. We appreciate your loyalty!

Took off a star due to recent changes. Website has changed and not for the better. I used to be able to change bottle size within my cart...no longer. Also, some flavors are no longer available. Prices used to be very close to the vendor wholesale equivalent sizes up to 16oz. This is no longer the case here. Still, when comparing to what is availbale at other stores, Bull City is still very good. However, if you need 16oz. bottles, create a wholesale account with some of the major brands and compare prices. Also, no more free shipping with 16oz bottles.

Hi Mike, Thank you so much for being a long-term supporter of Bull City and for taking the time to leave such a detailed 4-star review. We truly value feedback from our veteran customers—it’s how we know where to improve. We hear you on the website changes. We recently updated our platform to improve security and backend stability as well as add some features we were unable to with the old platform, but we realize that losing the ability to swap bottle sizes directly in the cart added an extra step to your experience. We are currently looking into ways to streamline our cart features to bring back that convenience. Regarding pricing and shipping on 16oz bottles: Like many in the industry, we’ve had to adjust to significant increases in weight-based carrier fees and supply costs. While we can’t always match direct-from-manufacturer wholesale pricing for those larger sizes, we strive to remain the most competitive 'one-stop shop' where you can get all your favorite brands in one box without multiple shipping fees. We’re sorry to hear some of your go-to flavors are missing—inventory can be a moving target, but please feel free to reach out to our team directly. We’d love to see if we can get those back in stock for you or suggest a close alternative. We’re glad to hear we’re still your top choice among other stores. We’ll keep working hard to earn that 5th star back!
