almost no customer service ! they have a phone number but they "never"answer ! no live chat ! and email they mostly answer after 24-48 hours. and sometime you dont get an answer ! that was my experience !

Meine Bestellung war nach 13 Tagen geliefert, eine zwischenzeitliche Frage zum Lieferstatus wurde schnell, zufriedenstellend und freundlich beantwortet! Die Qualität meines Produktes ist top, und der Preis mit Abstand der Beste am Markt! Nicht vergessen: Es wird aus USA verschickt, das kann sicher auch mal mehrere Wochen dauern. Ich werde hier gerne wieder kaufen!

I ordered from these guys and after 2 months of waiting they cancel the order.

I purchased the product, NMN from this company... so far, so good... However, without any notification, I received ANOTHER from then, as this company has full access to your credit card. As soon as I saw that my card was charged,(again without any notification), I emailed them to halt shipment and cancel this order... THE NEXT DAY, THEY CONTINUED WITH THE PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT!! I was told there was nothing I could do, and continued to process and ship product. Consequently, I had to call my credit card company, to cancel my credit card, and refund my money... that they graciously did. Bottom line... I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a little bag of supplements of this company apparently in Australia I’m in Melbourne I have been waiting for one and a half month for delivery and the package still hasn’t arrived. This is the most shocking service I’ve ever encountered in all of my online shopping experience and this company should be definitely avoided , buy your products somewhere else

They took like 3 weeks to even ship the order. Who knows if I'll even get it. And after reading other reviews I'm not sure they're even shipping real supplements. Everyone use iherb instead

Jeg bestilte 1 kg Lion's Mane-pulver fra BulkSupplements.com til ca. 580 kr., men pakken kom aldrig frem. Trods gentagne henvendelser over 6 måneder – hvor jeg skrev 5-6 gange – modtog jeg kun 180 kr. i refusion og måtte selv kæmpe for hver eneste opdatering og tilbagebetaling. Jeg bad også flere gange om en forklaring på, hvorfor pakken ikke kom frem og hvad der gik galt, men BulkSupplements ignorerede simpelthen mine spørgsmål. Det virker som om, de slet ikke ønsker at tage ansvar for kundernes ordrer eller kommunikere klart og ærligt. Jeg er meget skuffet over BulkSupplements' service og vil advare andre mod at handle her.
