DONT USE IF NOT IN THE USA Their customer service essentially ends once they have posted it. I only received half my order the other part is stuck somewhere in a US international transfer station, they have no interest in helping me with that. Seems a massive lack of customer experience focus. Also found the packaging used very low quality, doesn't reseal, so only buy if you have tubs to transfer it into

We purchased bulk supplements Maqui berry powder on Amazon. We look for the food safety label to read the ingredients and to make sure there was no sugar in it because we buy this for an 82-year-old diabetic. Nowhere on the food safety label did it say it had a sugar called maltodextrin. If you look at their they have in the tiniest tiniest print imaginable other ingredients, but you really have to look at this to see how infant really small they have honest motives why not make that larger? Why not just put it on the food safety label carbohydrates is in there. The reason is is because no one would buy the product if they knew so they really are products however way they can and when somebody calls up with a complaint just snowball them saying well we listed it there. It’s your fault if you didn’t see it. Well, I have just enough autism to make this not go away for them and I will write a review for every single review website I can find including the Better Business Bureau, New York State Department of agriculture and markets the US Department of agriculture when they’re back from being closed because it’s wrong. Mention when I didn’t get the package its seam was open. Talked to them about it and Henderson, Nevada and just got their usual snow job. I have ordered several products from them. My last shipment contained three items. 2 were fine, but 1 smelled terrible and made me sick when I took it. I have taken this product before from other manufacturers, and it has never had that smell or made me sick. When I emailed customer service, they refused to actually address the issue. Instead, they told me their products tested and good quality. They seemed to imply I am stupid for thinking it should not reek, and strongly implied the odor meant it was clean. They refused me a full refund but offered a partial refund. Frankly, I think my report should have raised alarm bells, but it didn't. The fact it didn't is very telling to me, and I will never buy from them again.
