Incredible accuracy and unbeatable value for list cleaning
I have been using BulkEmailChecker for a few months now, and it has drastically improved our email deliverability. The 17+ factor validation is incredibly thorough, and our bounce rates dropped to almost zero immediately after cleaning our first major list. It is one of the most affordable tools on the market without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend for any business looking to protect their sender reputation!

Avoid at all cost - scammers and unethical
I've deposited funds for 10k checks, took 3 days (!) asking me pay x3 to speed it up. Ok, but then I've deposited $80 for 100k checks and here comes the fun: it said verification will take 3 weeks! or I can pay x3 to speed it up.
They only display time frame expected once you started checking, not before! Along with their "offers".
Taking onto account that this thing is NOT a validation, but just a simple cleanup with SMTP based connects and blacklist - these guys use unethical approach and smell like scam.
Asked for a refund: denied. All sales are final. Scammers literally

Thanks for the review. For context, we did not create this Trustpilot profile and only discovered it when we claimed it in June 2026, so we never saw this at the time and never had the chance to help.
Looking at it now, the details do not match any service we run, which makes us think there may be a mix-up with another vendor. We have never offered anything where 10,000 checks take three days or 100,000 take three weeks. Under standard processing, jobs run far faster than the timeframes described.
We used Trustpilot's own request-for-information process to ask for the order details so we could look into this, and received no response. That offer still stands: email [email protected] with your order ID and we will review the account personally.
For anyone reading, our verification is a full multi-stage process (syntax, MX/DNS, a live SMTP handshake, catch-all and disposable detection), and priority processing is always optional, never required.

Total Silence...
Total Silence...
I had asked a question about their service for a moderatlely-sized job, and I have yet to hear from anyone - despite the fact this company seems to be in the same United States region as I.
I was reading some of the 5-star reviews and I'm sorry but the 1-star reviews seem a lot more believable. Trustpilot also accuses this company of breach of service, which is a deal-breaker to me.
Whether or not this company is still in service is anyone's guess, and I'm glad I didn't give them a CC number - OR an email list.
Go to reputable email services, folks. You might not just be saying goodbye to your money - but you also hand them potentially hundreds, thousands, or millions of email addresses THEY can use.

Thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry your question went unanswered. We'd like to make that right.
To put your main concern at ease first: any list you upload is used only to verify those addresses. We never sell, share, retain, or send email to an uploaded list. That's in our privacy policy and it's a line we don't cross.
We've run this service continuously since 2012, so we're very much here. The gap you hit is that we didn't manage this Trustpilot profile until we claimed it in June 2026, so a message sent through it wouldn't have reached us. After we claimed it, we used Trustpilot's request-for-information button to follow up with you and didn't hear back.
The offer's still open. Send your question to [email protected] and we'll get you an answer the same day.

We have tried to check contact emails…
We have tried to check contact emails that we scrapped from online eshops website pages. Guest what. Half of them turned not valid. This is obviously not working. Save yourself time and money and stay away.
Response from Bulk Email CheckerJun 18, 2026
Thanks for the feedback, and we'd like to clear this up, because the result you saw is the service working, not failing.
When you scrape contact emails off public e-shop pages, a higher than normal invalid rate is expected. Those pages are full of outdated addresses, role accounts, typos, and spam traps, so finding that half don't pass is exactly what a verifier is supposed to catch. The whole point is to flag the bad ones before you send, so you protect your sender reputation and don't burn sends on addresses that would bounce.
Here's what matters most: our system never guesses. For every address it connects to the destination mail server, and valid and invalid are both confirmed by that server directly. When the server won't give a clear answer, like a catch-all domain, we mark the address unknown instead of guessing. So the half that came back invalid weren't our estimate. They were the receiving servers rejecting those addresses. A verifier can't make a bad address good. It can only tell you which ones are real, and that is what it did.
We also followed up through Trustpilot's request-for-information button to walk you through your results, and didn't hear back. The offer still stands: send your job details to [email protected] and we'll go through the results with you line by line.
