Impossible to use
Updating my review because of how many issues I encountered: (1) legitimates emails were marked as disposable (2) landing page says there's no limits, but that's not true, they harshly limit even prepaid credits! (3) API key was permanently disabled without communicating it to me after ~300 requests with stated limit of 1500/hours (4) API returns unspecified responses I liked the support, but that's about it. Every step with bulkemailchecker.com is a problem, they are not reliable at all and look like a vibe coded AI slop rather than a legitimate SaaS.

Thank you for the feedback, and for the kind words about our support team. We would like to address each point directly. On disposable addresses: the disposable field is an informational flag, not a validity verdict. It tells you the address belongs to a temporary or throwaway provider so you can decide how to treat it. An address can be flagged disposable and still be fully valid and deliverable. The validity result is returned separately, and the two are independent. On limits: every plan has a concurrent connection limit and an hourly request quota, and both are displayed at the top of the Real-time API page in the control panel, alongside the developer documentation used to integrate the endpoint. If wording elsewhere on the site suggested otherwise, that is on us to make clearer, and we will review it. On the API key: it was suspended, not permanently disabled, and it was recoverable. The suspension follows an abuse report triggered by sustained overages, and a notification is sent explaining what happened and what is needed to resolve it. The 1,500 per hour quota and the concurrent connection limit are separate limits, so it is possible to exceed concurrency well before reaching the hourly total. On unspecified responses: we are not certain what this refers to, and we would genuinely like to know. If you can send an example request and the response you received, we're more than happy to look into it. We have been running this service since 2012 and we take reliability seriously. If you are willing to give us the chance, contact support and reference this review, and we will work through these with you directly.
