They had ammo. I bought a boat load. Fast, fast, fast shipping.

I bought 480 founds of 7.62x39 and none of them will fire in the three rifles I have that fire that caliber. They wouldn't take them back or stand behind their product. They told me to contact the manufacturer. In Serbia!? Bunch of clowns.

This company might be legit when it comes to ammo but they are ripping people off on magazines. I purchased a magazine for my glock 17 when it arrived I found out all though it says it's for the glock 17 and I own a glock 17 they where in fact not compatible! So I called the company expecting my money refunded for the fraudulent item they sent me and their response was that they do not give refunds for magazines! Unacceptable you sold me a product with the grounds of it being for my gun, now it doesn't fit it give me my money back and take your trash!! How many other people have they scammed with this? My post here is just the start I will be exposing this company for being the low life's they are.

I had been scouring the Internet looking for reputable companies to ship ammo to a facility where we were doing training. After realizing there are several companies that do not take credit cards and only take Venmo or Zell I knew that this was a red flag. Thankfully I got in touch with bulk ammo and they moved the heavens and stars to get ammo shipped in and arrive early. My customer service experience was incredible. Ronnie did an amazing job making sure that all the paperwork was filled out properly and that shipping was taken care of ASAP. If I could’ve given them six stars I would have. Thank you BulkAmmo.

I can not speak to the quality of the ammunition, but my Yugo Surplus box arrived with minimal paper packing and the ammo box suffered chipping on almost every corner and edges, a cracked box slat, as well as quite a bit of paint loss. I carefully looked at shipping options and, despite this statement: "... we will take care to use sturdy boxes, plenty of packing material, and lots of tape.", I chose to pay extra for full coverage packing protection. "Why?" Because the box was an important part of the sale! I quote the advertisement: "The Cyrillic stencilled wooden crate alone makes it well worth the price -- especially if you need a prop for the James Bond movie you're filming in your backyard." I expected an ammo box with packing material taped around the box ("plenty of packing material and lots of tape." , …Right? There was NO extra tape anywhere and the box was a joke for this item's weight and material: ammo box is 20 x 12 x 6 inches; the packing box is 22.25 x 16.75 x 6.5 inches). The ammo box weighs 60.6 lbs and the shipping box has a crush rating of 65 lbs. and an edge crush weight of 32lb/inch). 8 sheets of paper wedged around it in a box with only inches of clearance ( Even a box within the box or a simple piece of cardboard taped around the wood would have prevented most of the damage incurred. The inside of the shipping box included paint chips and wood splinters but I was told it appeared the damage was the shipper's fault and that the damage was commiserate with something that old DESPITE the obvious new wood chips and shiny metal under the paint loss). The INSIDE of the shipping box showed more wear and tear than the outside. I was told it was the shipping company's fault and since the ammo survived, I will just have to deal with the damage. I was shunted to 3 different "customer service" representatives who all blamed the shipper and offered me between $15 store credit and $50 refund for shipping on a $725 purchase. DO NOT buy this ammo if you care about the box. DO NOT pay extra for safe shipping.

I spent thousands of dollars on ammo, and was extremely pleased. One shipment, FedEx didn't deliver the ammo, and BulkAmmo expected me to pay for it even though I didn't receive the ammo. After long debates with their customer service, I was asked to take my business elsewhere.

I purchased two calibers from bulkammo.com and received what I ordered within the timeframe they gave me at checkout. I looked at a few other websites and this one seemed to be the cheapest for what I wanted to buy. Overall very happy with everything and will be buying from them again. Most of the negative reviews I read seemed to be people unhappy with the quality of the particular ammo they bought, so make sure you look up the reviews on there specific product you want to buy.

This company is a total scam. I placed the order approximately 3 weeks ago and they took my money but have not provided the ammunition. They promised a tracking number on two separate occasions, but this did not occur. Every time I attempted to go to customer service and I was ignored multiple times when confronting them on their lack of fulfillment. Buyer beware. I'm currently in contact with our local police department with the area that deals with cybercrime and fraud. Under no circumstances should you purchase anything from this company. Buyer beware.
