Ordered ammo and four weeks later, still no ammo. Was told the shipper lost the package and nothing could be done leaving me without $400 or the ammo that I ordered. I’m certainly not ordering from here again.

After spending THOUSANDS of dollars on various types of ammo, I bought 250 rounds of .308 reloads to use for target practice. Every single round jammed the gun. I reached out to “customer service” and was basically told it’s not their problem and that the manufacturer of the bullets would be reaching out. Furthermore, if I wanted Bulkammo to begin the process, I’d have to pay to ship it back. Wow.. needless to say, I’ll spend my money with a company that goes out of their way to make things right. Bulkammo does not.

Placed an order online. Bulk Ammo charged our card. Then, no confirmation, absolutely zero indication that they received the order, that it had shipped, nothing. Emailed their customer service twice, no response. The only positive is that they refunded the money, they of course didn’t notify us of that though.

Ordered 5000 rounds of MATCH 22lr. Shipped quickly. Too bad they didn't package it securely, even though I paid extra for an "overbox". 10 bricks in a big box with paper shoved in to fill the space. Shipment arrived with brick wrappers torn loose, individual boxes torn and broken and bullets damaged from slamming into each other. Filled out their online form. They claim the never recieved it. I smell cows. 5 emails and a telephone brushoff later, I took it to my CC company. All I want is to return this damaged garbage.

I wanted to place an order online. I placed an order and the website returned a message that there was something wrong with the order. I tried several times to place the order and finally got a confirmation. ONE confirmation. That was yesterday. Today I checked my credit card and found THREE orders placed. I called the company and they said they had already shipped the order and there was nothing they could do. I am now paying $1600 for two orders I never intended and not even an apology from customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Criminals. Thieves. They took my money and never sent me anything. No ammo, no receipt, no tracking number. Now their phone is disconnected. I filed a report with the FBI. Don't give them a penny!!!!

I would never order from them again especially after they have no way of canceling an order if you accidentally order the wrong product tuff they take your money and you’re screwed. Be careful when ordering from this place and from I hear I’m not the only on that experienced bad experiences with them their are good places to deal with find someone better then them.

This will be my last purchase from bulk ammo. They put the ammo in a 24 by 24 box and it was like my ammo went through the blender/tumbler, pathetic packing skills. I might as well bought a 1000 rounds bulk in a bag as the boxes are worthless now
