Can't do zero or minus stars. The worst CS I've ever encountered! The description was incorrect and poor quality merchandise. They will not refund or or exchange. After 20 emails on their horrible website finally got a $5 refund and a replacement for the defective shirt. So we're stuck with 70.00 worth of crap. It took 4 weeks to receive and they couldn't tell us when they would arrive. They say to contact shipper and shipper says to contact Customer Support. The size chart is way off, all the shirts were way too big and we ordered by size chart. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, learn from my mistake. I usually never order from a company I don't know.

Worst company support ever, No phone number, no email address, contact us takes you nowhere. I actually did receive my conceal carry shirts but were so thin and flimsy. Your gun would hang down to your stomach as there really is no support. Have been trying to exchange for a different size but have not been able to find anyway to contact someone, beware!!! Stay clear

I placed an order. It never arrived. Buletboard sent me a notice that tracking said it was delivered, but I sent them my video doorbell log as proof that no delivery except USPS came that day. My USPS Informed Delivery Account proves no package was delivered. Buletboard does not respond to my proof that it was not delivered. I provided several screenshots of my evidence of no delivery and they have so far ignored me.

Worst internet shopping experience I ever had; Ever! I made the mistake of not reading the reviews of the company before purchasing. As many reviewers had experienced; I was overcharged and had to send them proof of the overcharge before they would correct it. Contacting them was a chore as well. Took three weeks to get the glasses I ordered, when they were in stock; and upon opening the package today, I found that they were nothing more than cheap flimsy plastic everything; and would have been better served going to Dollar Tree and buying 40 pairs of the same quality glasses for the same price as these two pair. Felt taken advantage of from the very beginning; asked to have order canceled within hours of placing the order; which was well within what their policy said was required; but they would not cancel order. My mistake! Will NEVER order anything from this company again. Lesson learned.

Never received my order. Company refuses to give me a refund. Sent a new order instead that I did not ask for. Never do business with this company again.

Scam company.. Stole money from my account without permission..Tried to cancel order within 30 minutes and the customer service gave me the runaround for 24 hours..Dont purchase if you value your money or time..

I purchase reading glasses that looked nothing like the picture on the ad. When I tried to return them, I was told after multiple email exchanges that they could not be returned. There is a return policy within 14 days, but it is not being honored. I will never purchase from this company again.

Built board total scam I ordered mine 11/7 it’s 12/19 as I write this. Updated quit coming in about a week ago
