Excellent vendor for replacement bulbs in scientific instruments
Received the bulbs well-packed, and in a timely manner. They were cost-effective as well. Will buy from them again.

Pleasantly suprised
after several vendors implied a 2-4 week delivery time frame, Bulb Direct delivered in less than a week>

Great Customer Service!
Customer Service is great! I had ordered a part that had been discontinued, they quickly found a replacement, let me know about it. The new part was approved on my end and the order went through with no problems. Speedy delivery!

Order for a bulb for an ancient slide projector
I can't really rate the service because I ordered the bulb and received notification that it was sent, but I haven't yet received it. I have ordered from Bulb Direct in the past (for the same ancient projector) and received the proper bulb in an acceptable time frame.

Gretchen, We are sorry that you have not received your package yet. After taking a look at your order, you should be receiving your package today or tomorrow. Unfortunately, because we are located on the east coast and you on the west, shipping does take 5-7 business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call 1-800-772-5267. Thanks again for choosing Bulb Direct!

Customer service was great
Bulb Direct had the bulbs I needed and call to ask to make a change in supplier as the one I picked was on a long B.O. Customer service was easy to work with and I got the materials as needed. I will be using Bulb Direct when ordering bulbs again in the near future.

Great Experience
I've been in Management for 39 years and have yet to experience a more friendly step by step order form on line. Also, the bulbs I ordered were exactly the perfect fit and price was favorable. I recomment BULB DIRECT to all.
