Thanks for your help. I didn't like the fact that you sent me a 20% off and then you put a higher price than a couple days earlier when I first found you. However, the 20% did bring it back down to the original price that I first found. Anyway -- Time will tell with how the products work. I'll be checking with staff... Have a great day!

First Class Customer Service!
Received my order but 2 of the 3 bulbs were defective. Shipping packaging was not sufficient as well. However, Bulb America's service is first class and will be handling my issue. They have been in constant contact since I reported the issue. FIRST CLASS!!!!

Overall review
Overall everything was good the bulb worked good and it was delivered in a decent time frame. I did pay alot for 2 business days shipping which turned out to be 3 and a weekend, ordered on Wednesday and didn't get product untill Monday. But I'm satisfied with the product probably just won't pay extra for fast shipping again.

Fair price, helpful website, prompt delivery. Haven't installed bulbs, yet. If they perform well, it is a five star rating.
