received bulbs that were a different brand than what i ordered, however they worked okay. thought $11.00 shipping on an eight ounce package was a little steep too.

payed for fedex ground house delivery went to post office and was put in my mailbox

I'd like more information about the products so I would not end up with something that won't work with my equipment. The bulb requires a different size socket but I only find that out when it is delivered.

Happy with the product unhappy with shipping. chose UPS ground and half way here it got switched to postal service which meant my shipping address no longer worked , luckily I caught it and got the postal service to hold it at the post office so I could come and pick it up .

Shipping costs are too high

Good product (automobile sun visor), reasonably timely delivery. BUT I've been deluged with emails and ads from BulbAmerica. This is NOT the way to build a customer base.

I contacted BulbAmerica before I ordered. I told them what I expect from the bulbs I look for. I then ordered their recommendation, but the bulbs were different. I still wait for a full refund.
