Dear Customer We are sorry for the inconvenience, we are shipping today all orders as we were dealing with heave rain last couple of days and warehouse is in a flood zone which only caused major delays in our part as we just finished setting everything back up . I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. I will refund shipping paid if any and if no shipping was charge then I will refund $15 as courtesy Thank you

Order 8254781 NOT DELIVERED AND DOESN'T RESPONd SINCE FEW WEEKS
I made an order #8254781 on 6th may 2023. They asked a photo of my business debit card to confirm it's not a fraud. I send It to them, but then they stop to respond. I try on email several times and on phone who doesn't work. I think It's a scam, I don't recommended It to anyone.

Dear Customer We appreciate your order and business unfortunately after reviewing the information sent and getting answer from bank. We canceled order and refunded due to suspicious of fraud. An email was send letting you plow was cancel . If funds are visible in your account we recommend contacting your bank to release funds. Unfortunately more often than not when using international cards , merchant accounts in the USA can’t fully verify them and our bank recommended we just cancel. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience

The age verification process is…
The age verification process is ridiculously intrusive. Cannot order unless upload a photo ID including birth date and so forth? Really? I would order but not with giving up this much personal info. And now reading these negative reviews maybe best to not place the order. This is the ONLY cigar seller online I've ever seen this. This sort of verification is NOT required. Anyway, whatever, I will buy somewhere else rather than this foolishness. And your answer/reply is just plain wrong.

Dear CJ, the age verification is a requirement for all adult business that follow the law. If it is asking for you to upload a picture of your id is because you may have moved recently or have different billing address than the one registered to your license. We do not owned the age verification system. Most adult business contract agechecker.net as a software to conduct age verification to ensure everyone ordering is over the age limit in the state they reside in. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. In regards to reviews we are open to them , we listen to each and every single one of them and we do not pay to delete them like other businesses do or disable reviews either. We are not perfect , we try to please everyone but even the best and biggest companies in the world have bad reviews Thank you

I made a purchase with buitrago cigar…
I made a purchase with buitrago cigar company the begging of April 23 the shipment got delivered on April 10th . I was away and just got back last Sunday night . I opened the box to check on the products that I purchased and it was missing 2 items from the same order which was already paid . I have been trying to reach out to them telephnacly and by email for the past 3 days and no response whatsoever from them . Im really disappointed and upset I'm sending this bad review publicly hopefully the can see this issue and make the appropriate correction .

Not cool.
I swear I selected Robusto size Cuban Honeys Drunken Truffle and received Corona size. $100 out the window. Receipt doesn’t say a size so I can’t verify if it was my error or the company’s

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. Placed an order 5 days ago and nothing , no update, no email sent back when I inquired, nothing. They seem to have plenty of time coming here and responding to reviews but apparently don't have time to ship cigars.

Placed an orde on 3/21/23 and Never received it and the order status never changed. Trying to contact customer support was a waste of time as the phone number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never purchase from here again. Unfortunately throwback is a big seller due to their low price point and similarity to another top selling brand which always running out. We are sorry for the inconvenience, your order will ship out shortly and we will refund shipping we just feel review is a bit harsh when you take into consideration other factors in the supply chain
