Customer service and shipping needs to be addressed this is horrible.

I’ve ordered from this site almost weekly. They have a slow shipping service, but I like the product I order and it’s the only place I can find it. However this last time it took over a week with no update at all. I tried multiple ways to cancel my order, or even talk to someone, and I could only get automated emails saying the “team” would respond to me “tomorrow”. Well they never did, waited another 3 days for my order I no longer wanted to finally ship, all while never hearing from customer service. I will never order from them again, and to anyone thinking about it just know there is absolutely 0% of any customer support. Good luck

First I for 2 or 3 shipping and it took almost week or more. Second they're all same favorite. That's another No.

Late delivery last order took over 17 days for me to recieve my package.

Repeat buyer, great prices, usually fast delivery but current order that I ordered last month has yet to ship and there is no way to contact them over the phone and they do not respond to online support requests, are they even still open?

company has not addressed my issue. Trying to find out a tracking number but customer support is useless

I ordered a box of cigars to have for family and friends during the holidays. I waited and waited for them and finally ordered them from another vendor. In the meantime I received an email saying the order was delayed. I responded by saying please cancel my order. A week later I finally received an email and the cigars I no longer needed from Buitrago. I’m in the process of trying to return them now.

send the wrong box for the 2nd time and every leaf was stale not to mention the slow delivery time. never ordering again.
