Buitrago CigarsReviews of buitragocigars.com

I've been ordering from Buitrago for the last 3 years. Always quick delivery, product is authentic.

I had written an earlier review that rate Buitrago a rating as 1. Product was counted shirt and there was no telephone communication available plus numerous email were confusing Well , the corporate office thru a supervisor made email contact, corrected the short count if product although it was Dutch Master's problem. Plus fir my inconvenience he provided a gift certificate to me. The initial communication was corrected explained. The error in product was reasonably explained and the correct of the entire situation was very honorably handled. This review is meant to rectify what a concerned and dedicated company to their client should be. Biutrago went above their responsibility and should be commended.

My cigars came fresh and fast. The prices are unbelievable. This is most definitely my new place to shop for cigars.

Delivery was successful as promised. Thanks
