I canceled my subscription and now I cant delete my URl and I dont know where to delete it and now I have fear that I will keep paying a high amount of money for the URL of a website I am not using. I created my store via build your store and now I dont know where my Url Nis registered and how I can get to know that and neither how to stop paying for mit in the future. PLEASE HELP

I've used BuildYourStore.AI for exactly one year with no issues — then, right at the one-year mark, my site went down due to a DNS problem. I've sent multiple emails today to every support address available for both BuildYourStore and Namify (who hosts my domain), and it's been about 12 hours with zero response from either company. Email is the only support channel offered, and right now it's not working at all. For an e-commerce platform, this kind of downtime with no way to reach a human is unacceptable. I'm losing sales and can't get anyone to help fix what should be a simple DNS redirect. I need this resolved urgently.

WARNING! DONT PAY PREMIUM! I paid 97$ USD for a premium membership / Ai. This was a total scam, right after paying was I redirected directly to another page named *Auto DS* (automated Dropshipping) which is a totally diffrent page and supplier from BuildYourStore. There i was met with another monthly subscription I had to pay for in order to get my product (auto dropshipping). In conclusion, the 97$ i paid for automated DS Ai didn't give me anything. I was only redirected to another company that actually sold what i was looking for. DO NOT USE THIS!

I Bought the Pro version For 97$ and did not get the free ads as stated nor the free domain also there is no customer service and no way to contact them just did not get what i payed for
