BuildYourStoreReviews of buildyourstore.ai

This company offers a "pro version" for 97$ , i paid for the pro version and got NOTHING the pro version offers. The pro version has promises of more templates , ads , products ect... After you have paid you continue with the free version. The site is useless as there is no support button , no way to see your plan , nothing just login and continue with your free version that you paid 97$ for.

Buyer Beware Total Scam. If less than one star was available I would have selected that. Purchased the $97 Pro Plan, was promised the free domain for my Shopify store and AI custom template creator - went through all of their set up prompts, even signed up for another one of their affiliate services in the process (another $49) and when you access the app in Shopify it loops back to their main set up/prompt SALES page over and over and over again. No customer support email or chat offered by them read the terms and conditions - NO REFUNDS that's their policy. What a total SCAM. Update: There reply and link below is boiler plated that once submitted gets a generic - we'll be in touch type response... and almost three weeks later - still NOTHING.

Could not even choose the niche I wanted or a background that would have fit, if this is really AI, it's worth a big laugh😂

I paid £79 for an an 'advanced' website and actually ended up with a store that didn't work. There was no customer service and I have been trawling the internet trying to find someone I can discuss my issues with. I knew nothing about web bulding before, but I have had to learn pretty fast in order to make my store actually work. My DNS setting were all wrong, but I couldn't get access to the 'free' domain I got through BYS. I was trawling 'Who Is' and other sites trying to work out who to ask for access to the domain so that I could make the DNS corrections myself. I ended up buying another domain form elsewhere so that I would have access to my own domain name. I am now really worried that the security of my site may have been breached as I totally do not trust BYS

Im very upset. I paid $100 and didn't even get what was advertised. I wasted my money and time! Don't do it! I dont have money to waste. I still have to build the store myself and I dont know what all I need to do!. Also the website is received was a 1 product focused website, i didn't want that at all!! Im so upset! I want to sell more than 1 product, but the website it FULLY surrounded around 1 product

This website appears impressive and straightforward yet as much as it appears to do what it says it really doesn't. Mark Tilbury on YouTube was promoting it as much better than it is. The website it created was bad, technology theme was replaced by music, the banners I chose it only used one and the worst one. There was no footer and no links to important pages and when viewing those pages via shopify they were blank. Not link in the Mark Tilbury marketing video where "all the heavy lifting was done". Produces nothing but a good looking useless website. Linking it with AutoDs resulted in none of the product information being transfered and some reviews for another company that has nothing to do with me being plastered on the product page that included nothing more than pictures, title and price.

a minha loja ficou muito simples parece que foi uma criança que fez

It's just a set up website to get on shopify which I have tons of bad experiences with and has tons of bad reviews. Edit in response to BuildYourStor.ai: 'There is nothing to talk about with you guys.' Edit 2: It's also not about you guys not being able to localise my details. Then you're not reading/understanding my review well enough. Hopefully this review will stay here and TP will not be bribed by you guys to get rid of my annoying review and I hope TP can read this last statement as a constructive testing kind of critique.
