I am new to the dropshipping scene, and as an ambitious amateur, I opted for the $97 pro option right off the bat. I was impressed by how well the store I received was built. It truly looked professional and worth the money Unfortunately, I quickly realized that Shopify was the wrong platform for me, as a beginner. This was not BuildYourStore's fault, this was my own. I went and closed my Shopify store, cancelled my Shopify plan, and sent an email to customer support to see if BuildYourStore would issue a refund. I was informed by Renato that BuildYourStore has a strict no-refund policy, but they were gracious enough to make a one-time exception- knowing my situation. After a few short steps, my refund was issued. Renato was excellent in communication, and BuildYourStore was generous enough to accommodate my refund request, albeit my shortcomings of missing the no-refund message. What they advertise is what you get, and what you get is true quality. I highly recommend using their services, and if I return to Shopify in the future, I will be using them to build my store/s.
