Everything arrived packaged professionally and had good instructions to follow. The Battery was defective and I had expert help in diagnosing the problem and then they were fast in getting the warranty process completed and shipped me a new one right away. They kept me informed all the way and was very patient with me as I'm not a professional electrician.

I ordered a new generator, it was delayed in shipping but they kept me updated like I have never been. This customer service was five star excellent. I actually could not get mad because they were so on top of it! email response in less than a day every time

The customer service at Build The Power (BTP) is exceptional. I was having trouble with my ONAN P4500i. It would not ramp up under load. BTP took the time to connect me with the right technician at Cummins and they were able to help me fix my generator. Other companies that I contacted would tell me to throw it away and buy a new one.
