Build The PowerReviews of buildthepower.com

Great communication and price on my new generator. It took a while to come in from Cummins at no fault of Buildthepower. Would recommend them for your purchase.

Great customer service. Ordered a part for my Onan generator that was supposed to be able to allow some external connections. In the end, it wasn't the part i needed, Guney was super responsive on all communication, as well as dealing with Cummins technical support to try and figure out the issue! I feel he went above and beyond the typical Customer service you see nowadays! I would recommend Build the power!!

Update: (from 3 stars to 5 stars) The owner reached out to me and wanted to see if he could make things right for me. We came to an agreement and now everything is good. I’m very satisfied with this company and I would buy from them again. Original: (3 stars) I tried to buy an item. Checkout process went smoothly and I had an order confirmation. A week later I was told that the item is out of stock and the company is awaiting new stock. My order was cancelled by the company. When the item was in stock I was offered a coupon to reorder but the item had jumped in price. I was informed that the price from my initial order would not be honored. While I may have received the item had I tried putting in a new order, it would have cost me more than my initial order. I ended up never receiving the item from this company. I gave a couple stars for communication and the coupon. Honoring the original order’s price and receiving the item would warrant 5 stars.

Fast ordering, great customer service, they fixed an issue that came from the manufacturer and stood by their word.

Although my EcoFlow River 3 hasn’t arrived yet, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I’ve received so far and why i’m even leaving this review. When I asked about shipping, I got a quick, clear, and supportive response. They even offered to speed up my order so it would arrive sooner… That kind of effort and communication really stands out to me and does not go unnoticed. I’ve had extremely bad experiences with customer service so I truly, truly, appreciate it. You guys truly stood out to me in the best way. You’ve earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll definitely be supporting this company again in the future. I’m happy to keep doing business and will gladly recommend this company to others. Especially because of the insane deals they have for electronics! B.T.P. on top! 😮‍💨

Fast service and good response from customer service.

Wonderful communication and ethics. I preordered an item that was out of stock and as SOON as it was available, the package was shipped. Great service, great people!

Great communication!! I accidentally gave the wrong ship to, and it was addressed immediately. Also, my item was back ordered and I was kept informed the entire time, until it was delivered.
