BuildsaltwallReviews of buildsaltwall.com

Great company and nice products. They did mess up and sent me the wrong size salt bricks the first time but ended up correcting it. Communication was good during the whole process.

Loved two of the four bricks we ordered. Other two had broken corners and one had lots more broken off. That one was pre-wrapped in plastic, like it was already breaking apart and they wanted to keep it from breaking further. Didn’t help. We were very disappointed. We asked for replacement bricks or monetary compensation, and received nothing.

Our shipment came in quick and the bricks are very nice. No damage from transit. 👍🏻

So warm and soothing

Customer service was fantastic and the product is beautiful! The tiles came with more than enough adhesive and the job turned out as beautiful as we had imagined.

They were very responsive and filled warranty product with no problem.

Great experience
