I am a DIYer and use Build Club frequently. Customer service is excellent. The lumber is good quality. And the delivery is outstanding. Drivers are super helpful and always on time. One driver even made a return trip to exchange lumber that was warped or split, and later returned with another item I needed. The website is a little difficult to navigate, but Build Club compensates with great customer service. I use them for any items I can't squeeze into my SUV or need quickly and can't make time to pick up myself.
