Probably the most painless and efficient experience I've ever had in creating an insurance policy--in this case, general liability. Well-designed online system, with responsive humans backing it up. By way of comparison, I called my regular insurance agent (company will remain anonymous) for a quote over a week ago, and they finally called back yesterday. When I returned the call, the receptionist promised they would get back to me sometime. Oops, too late!

I had a 5 star experience with Bunker and Ryne Ring. I had been trying to get business insurance for the past two weeks. I had several companies I was going back and forth with and they had soooo many questions and forms and still didn't even send a quote. I was referred to Bunker by a friend, Amir Eldar, who has used you guys for his company AACG. I went the site, filled out the easy online application and was connected quickly by Ryne. Ryne explained how everything worked, answered my questions and then within 5 minutes I had a quote in my inbox. It was such a great and seamless experience. I am already recommending you to others in my field.

Fast response and excellent rates I was able to quickly and efficiently get the general and professional liability I needed. I entered my information on the website, exchanged a few e-mails with a very competent agent to modify the policy to what I needed, then used a website to pay. Who knew that a first-time business insurance purchase could be easy?? Shout out to Sarah Griswold and the team at Bunker for their assistance with my business insurance needs. Sarah took the time to explain the details of each quote with me to to make sure that I understood everything that was/wasn't covered. It was very helpful to work with someone so patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient, especially as someone who owns a new business and needed a bit of metaphorical hand-holding through the whole process.
