We have contacted the carrier to voice our disappointment on how long it took for them to process the documents - something they must do before Bunker is able to make updates to your Certificate of Insurance. We completely understand your frustration and want you to know that we do take this feedback seriously. Since your experience, we have reached out to the carrier and are working with them to come up with a new process to streamline the process and reduce the turnaround time, preventing these types of delays from occurring in the future. Our typical time to compliance is 24-48 hours.
