Very easy process once I got someone on the phone. I did leave a message and no one called back. I had to call again. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.

The process was seamless and quick. I sent an email asking a clarifying question now about 24 hours ago with no response.

The agents were very responsive and I was able to quickly secure the requisite policies for my business needs. It's new territory for me, the guys were able to help clarify what was required and why. Definitely would recommend.

I was fortunate to have been referred to Bunker by an agency to quote on New independent Contractor Insurance. I’d never heard of this requirement to go to work. In providing the Bunker agent my Insurance clause of my contract, she was able to bundle three liabilities required and advised WC was not necessary in my state. A different agency was not as thorough to assist in all aspects of obtaining new insurance which would’ve cost me a significant amount more. Thankful for the referral, the knowledgeable Bunker agent and relieved I shopped three companies and I wasn’t overly insured. Positive experience.

The people from Bunker with whom I've communicated have been great, namely Ryne, but the site to upload and communicate wasn't as easy to maneuver. Still overall, vey good.
