Hi Sabeeha, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I'm sorry that you were unable to get through to us. We are a boutique insurance brokerage and only have a few people available to answer calls so if our phone lines our busy, you will be directed to our voicemail. I've reviewed your account and it looks like you sent emails immediately after leaving a voicemail with the questions you wanted to discuss so our team responded back via email, thinking that was the preferred communication tool. I sincerely apologize for our confusion on that matter. As for the name change, our systems automatically pull in the name that was entered into our online application. I do see that the name has since been updated so any future communications you receive from us will have the correct name. This survey, unfortunately, pulled in the old name because the email was scheduled to go out prior to the name being updated. I can assure you that all communications from here on out will have the correct name listed. Hi Kenneth, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We are always looking for ways to improve our service so we appreciate your critique. I've reviewed your quote request and I see that you initially requested a quote on March 22nd. One of our insurance advisors emailed a quote to you on March 23rd, however, I'm guessing the quote must have gone to a junk or spam folder as I see you came back through the website to request a quote on March 25. The quote was then resent to you that same day. You responded back to that email on March 25th to request the issuance of the policy, however, the request came in after business hours so the bind request was sent to the carrier the following morning. The carrier did not immediately bind the policy and your insurance advisor had to follow up with the carrier for 3 days to get the policy documents released. Unfortunately, this delay was not properly communicated to you. I will discuss this with our insurance advisor team to ensure that if we encounter delays, the delays are properly communicated to you so you know exactly what is going on with your request. I sincerely apologize for our lack of communication on this matter.
