We reviewed you order/request and found that time played a huge factor in the decision that was made. We noticed that you had requested a replacement shirt due to a hole in your husband's shirt, which he had already owned and wore for over a year. Due to different laundry practices and many variables that can occur within that time span, we regretfully could not offer you a replacement shirt at that time.
