Hello J. Doe, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you felt short of attention. Here at Bugatchi that is never our intention. Please note that our sales reps are not always available due to the nature of their busy schedules of traveling and attending trade shows. However, we do have a customer service team that is available to serve you Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. We look forward to serving you in the future! Have a wonderful day! Best Regards, Team Bugatchi

Hello April, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you were disappointed with our company. We reviewed you order/request and found that time played a huge factor in the decision that was made. We noticed that you had requested a replacement shirt due to a hole in your husband's shirt, which he had already owned and wore for over a year. Due to different laundry practices and many variables that can occur within that time span, we regretfully could not offer you a replacement shirt at that time. We hope you can understand our standpoint in this matter. We look forward to having the privilege to serve you in the future! Have a wonderful Day! Best Regards, Team Bugatchi
