BuffyReviews of buffy.co

Wanted to leave a review on their website but there isn’t an option too. Fake reviews but here is a real one. The fitted sheet does not fit at all. I got a king sized fitted sheet and it is SO LOOSE! I hate it and have to find another one from somewhere else.

I will never order from Buffy ever again. This was the true definition of a buyer’s remorse. When we stayed at an AirBnb in Vermont - we encountered Buffy comforters there and loved the product so much that we decided to order one for ourselves after some time has passed. I wished I’ve read the reviews across the Internet prior to this purchase. First off, the customer service was absolutely non-existent. I had to reach out twice and yet still no response. Get this - they don’t have a phone number for you to contact them. Shady, huh? We finally gave up and was about to contact our credit card company to either chargeback or dispute. Lo and behold, guess who decided to finally respond? They apologized stating they’ve been busy with high volume orders. The good news was our comforter had already shipped. THAT was the only highlight of our entire experience. Apparently, they’ve shipped our order 3 days after it was placed yet failed to notify us via email. There was absolutely no tracking sent. It arrived in a small box tightly packed and with no packing slip whatsoever. It’s the type of packaging one receives when an item was sent from China. Anyway, upon opening the box - the comforter was totally different than the one we’ve encountered at Airbnb meaning the material felt much cheaper and the color was off. $216 down the drain for a poorly constructed comforter made of polyester. I’ve bought comforters on Ruelala for under $50 that were in superior quality compared to this junk. If anyone is reading the poor reviews about Buffy, it’s true. Save your money, it’s not worth the headache; stress and aggravation dealing with these folks.

I had the same experiences as others who have written reviews: product never arrived, no response from the "company" and no published phone number to talk to a human, etc. Bottom line: do not do business with buffy.co

I just want to come to say thank you to this website and the reviews, it saved me a bad experience, as I decided not to purchase. I reached out to the company to try and get answers regarding a couple questions and they don't respond to any communication, I guess this explains why, based on all the reviews. I ALWAYS check trust pilot before I purchase from any website. Thank you again.

There was no 7 day trial-they charged my account immediately. The pillows were not comfortable for us. I contacted them about returning-followed the process they stated and they would not respond to me. No email response for my problem and no telephone number. I reported them to my bank with copies of all correspondence. I was thankful my bank got my refund.

Wow. I did not know that I was not the only person experiencing the same issues with this company. I made the purchase and order for the Cloud Comforter on Black Friday ‘24. It is currently January ‘25 and they have delayed my comforter 3 times already. The first time, they gave me options to 1) Wait for them to restock Dec 20th 2) Swap to another color. I chose to wait. 1 week goes by I ask for an update. Now they tell me they have to restock Dec 31st. Okay.. This week I ask for another update and they tell me that their restock has once again been delayed and to expect an update the week of 01/06. This company is a joke. These are the reviews they hide from people. Hope more people find this website like I stumbled upon. Things just were not adding up.

Just came here to say I had the same exact experience as others which is the following. Ordered a comforter, no word from the for a week. Finally they email and said the color I ordered was sold out and gave me the option to change my order to basic white. I replied saying that's fine as I just needed the comforter. They ended up never replying. I need up having to do a charge back.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. About a week after ordering a comforter and cover from Buffy, like many others here I got an email saying the color was sold out and I had to choose another color. Since then I have attempted 3 times to reach them by email and tried to call twice. The phone number is out of service and they have not replied to my emails. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. This company is a scam, despite appearing legitimate online.
