Tried to redeem my points but the host said she couldn’t redeem them. Also the mangar had a bad attitude

I tried to redeem my reward points for lemon pepper seasoning. The points were deducted from my balance, but I could not finish the transaction, so I did not get the merchandise. I sent an email to the company through their website, but I did not get any confirmation it was received. I tried to call them and was left on hold for about 20 minutes and no one answered. Mind you, this was the second time I tried to reach them. The first time someone answered and said they could not hear me, then hung up. I want my 500 points back. There should be an easier way to redeem the points I HAVE EARNED!

Manager was working the kitchen grill (bad sign) food was cold from the start, stuffed in the corner couldn't see tv screens, "ran out" of what I was drinking (pop), rude wait staff

great food and poker is always fun on the weekends. Although, the smell from the smokers side does often go to the main area.

Horrible. I went here with 8 friends. Food took 1.5 hrs and the restaurant was empty. Our food finally came and we didn’t get silverware or sauce for 20 minutes. I’m not exaggerating. The wings were cold by the time we ate them. My burger had onion rings on it that were clearly fried with the pickles. The waitress was terribly rude and inattentive. At the end, I tried to put in a complaint with the manager but he, mid conversation, turned around and walked away. Never will I ever spend another cent at BWW. Disgraceful.

Absolutely terrible service. Drove 20 minutes to get my food. Get home and my sauce was so spicy my eyes started watering, I was given mango habanero instead of Asian zing. My parter calls the store to let them know, and the server on the phone immediately starts arguing with her about it and hangs up on her. My food has been messed up a few other times here. I drove back to show them my food was wrong. On the way we called multiple times and asked to speak to a manger and were hung up every time. we would get placed on hold for about 30 seconds and then hung up on. I get there and the manager comes out, as the server stands behind the door smiling at me. I tell him I was hung up on multiple times and he tries to say it’s because I was placed on hold. I also let him know I talked to him about 2 months ago and he was supposed to have 40 free wings for me, which he then tells me I only had 30 days to claim. Definitely didn’t tell me that the first time I talked to him. So we continue about this time and how my food was messed up. They said they mixed up the bottles, but they should probably know the differences between the sauce, right? The server keeps arguing and telling me she didn’t hang up on me. I ask for a corporate office phone number or the managers boss, which the manager said he couldn’t give me. I asked him who the other managers were that worked there, he gave me 3 other names. I told him I was extremely unhappy after different trips there, my food is now cold, I’ve been hung up multiple times and in the past, and tell him that isn’t how good businesses run. The server, Asiajuana looks at me and says “well you probably shouldn’t eat here anymore”. No duh, right. The manager, Robert, says “so you’re calling me out about bad management when all I’ve done is help you”. All he did was refund my money and tell me I couldn’t get a gift certificate or food from my previous order that was messed up. Terrible service every time, terrible management, cold food. Supposedly one of the best chicken wings around. My first and second order of their wings were stellar. The third was cold, stale and hard. The fourth was great. Fifth and sixth were stale, hard and lacks sauce. It was a lottery. There was no consistency. I'd given up and recreated it at home and was happier as I'd only spend a fraction.

I have eaten there at the Wild Wings on Zapata High Way in Laredo,Texas and the food was delicious. I still remember the Lemon Pepper Wings which were very good. The price for those combos were completely family friendly. Their customer service was also good. I wish I could go back there with my family to eat again.
