Awful experience. Every time we order food to go from here I’m reminded why I can’t stand this location (uptown Charlotte). We were told twenty minutes and the food took an hour. Along with my meal being completely wrong (over cooked chips instead of fries, sweet chili sauce instead of buffalo sauce), it looked like someone chewed it up, spit it back up and threw it in a wrap.

I've been trying to order deliver for the past hour using the website. Horrible, horrible experience. Nothing works. It just continuously says Please Try Again.After that I tried to use the APP and the same thing happened. Finally I tried to call the store and I was put on hold. I gave up after 10 minutes. This is not User Friendly at all.

Hit or miss, if you order wings have low expectations and ask for extra sauce and anything you think you wouldn’t need to implying your will be disappointed. Some stuff has been a flop but handful very tasty, the burger I had today was delish, the American I think. Fries were really good and cooked perfectly! Loaded potato wedges were a miss and the Mac and cheese though tasty the noodles needed to be cooked a little longer. Big issue I have here is how my wings are like NEVER fully coated. To have the name wings and McDonald and both Applebee’s be able to outdo you by a landslide C’MON. Super bowl Sunday I did frozen popcorn Chicken in the oven , when cooked in a large bowl covered in sauce and used a spatula to make sure each piece was coated. Ok that’s all I did, nothing above and beyond and simple ........why can’t BWW evenly cost their wings? My waitress was really nice and really helpful with some recommendations and I really appreciated her thoughts on something I wasn’t sure about getting that was pricey just for a side. She said she didn’t care for it and it gets sent back a lot. I ordered another item she said she liked and had great flavor just wasn’t cooked the best, not her fault and I will be ordering it again hoping it’s just cooked little longer this time. I like the mix drinks they have and how they occasionally introduced new ones.

Ordered take out and had to cancel because I left my keys in my friends car. Then placed an order for delivery and was told the money would be refunded to my card in a few days. It’s been almost 2 weeks and when I called customer aerobics they acted like they could. Heat me and then I was on hold for bed 20 mins. Never going here again!

Went for lunch, no meat for hamburgers & their wings did not settle very well. Service was so so? To sum this up probably good they did not have meat for hamburgers!!

My husband and I visited the buffalo wild wing located at 11215 Mall Cir, Waldorf Md. 301 885-0614.The Manager was a African American male with a bald head. We visited last week during the Wilder fight which was our Anniversary so we celebrated as we entered everyone had to pay $10 per person to enter which was ok. However,we paid sat down and ordered our food then we nodded off going in and out due to our busy day so as we both nodded. The manager told the police officer to.put us out of the restaurant 5min before the fight had started.The police walked to our table and said the manager want you leave. I had never experience such embarrassment in all my life. How do you put out paying customers that played.The manager has no manager skills Horrible customer service. This place is the worst. it is not in the handbook and policy that if you nod off you will be put out and he never at anytime had conversation with you he his attitude is horrible he isnt customer friendly it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. As we was put out the other customers was saying he needs to be reported a d that wasn't right he Discriminated against us. Again, It was Horrible.
