This place has been going down hill more and more. We were there last week with no problems but this week we can not get menus and everything with our waitress Cineva is an argument. can not get our little boats to eat out of because per her they have not had them in a year, well we got them last week. Trash and napkins in the seat of the booth from previous customers. Bathrooms are gross. No manager to be found and now time to pay and we have to do it on my phone, ummm, NO NO NO, you can take my credit card and pay it but I am not going to pay over the phone. I can not touch your credit card due to COVID, again I say really because NOT ONE waitstaff was wearing a mask even though it is mandated by the state of NM but you can not touch my credit card. I am so confused, horrible, horrible, horrible. tried to contact corporate but here's a surprise they have no number available on their website. Leave a comment and we might get back to you....still waiting. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

BWW always serve cold wings! Worst restaurant!! only reason we ordered here was because it sat right by our gate!! Horrible food!!

Deep fried pickles weren’t fried at all was a soggy inedible mess Ultimate nachos were missing half the toppings that were to have been on it and they too were soggy like it sat around for Quite a while wasn’t freshly made chips were soggy not crunchy was my first visit and I definitely won’t be returning! Waste of money for soggy mostly inedible food!!!

Evan was super kind. I was about to order. the app wasnt working, but i didnt mind. We talked about the beans. i asked for a manager and wasnt let down. great customer service, i work in cust serv... Good kid. good manager. ty

Avoid this place. If you want beers and games,find,a bar.

Ordered LUNCH around 12:30 for delivery, expected a little wait....but 2:30 and my order is still saying it's not even being made yet is absolutely ridiculous

I came to celebrate my friend for her baby shower and ordered first thing when the waiter got to our table. (Knowing it would take awhile for our food to come out) here it is 1 1/2 hours later and we’re just getting our food. Not too mention she forgot half of our dressings and sides. All in all horrible service and will not be coming back.

Me in my party of four showed up at 6:20 this evening, our food was brought out cold and it was the wrong order for half of the group. One mentioned our waitress took it as a joke and did nothing about it. We waited there until 8 o’clock and one of our members still have not had any of his food brought to him. Service was mediocre at best. Would not recommend going to this establishment to anyone.
