Great service and great food

So I placed and order for delivery, chose the specific items that I wanted on my burger and salad, they both came with everything that I did not want, not to mention that they were 30min delayed with the order. The burger was over cooked and the brisket was crispy. The receipt clearly said what I ordered but whoever was in the kitchen that night did not pay attention to his job. Not inclined to try again.

I went into kidney failure after eating their wings. I had gotten sick at Buffalo Wild Wings prior to this but I thought that it was the ranch dressing, assumed it was probably poor refrigeration practices, but when I got sick I had skipped the ranch dressing. If you eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Auburn, Maine don't be surprised to be glued to the toilet all night while hugging the trash can.

We used to order every Tuesday and Thursday. Now it's maybe one a month. You get your veggie sides and they are all brown and gross. Let see you pick them up and didn't bother to look at what your giving the customers??? My husband and I used to spend our whole Sunday football game there and now we don't even go there any more. So dissapointed they have went down hill the last 6 months.

this was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had! they forgot the sauce to my wings…like cmon it’s wings where’s the damn sauce! they also forgot to give me ranch for my damn salad. who in the right mind eats a salad without dressing!!! ahhhh!!! and the cherry on top no celery or carrot bowl oh and guess what they forgot with that…RANCH! I hate this place i deserve a full refund and they only offered me $5 credit. unbelievable!

Took 15 minutes to get served at takeaway window despite asking three different employees standing around doing nothing useful. BBQ sauce all over the chicken, not in a dipping pot. Food was bad, left 3/4 of it. This was at JFK near gate B29.
