Received shipment within one week. Everything is quality, but the knife referenced had a hairline crack in the smooth, hardwood handle. Love the Damascus forge! The blade looked a little shorter than expected, yet compared to another that only appears longer, due to style of handle, they were the same length. (The blade is a wee bit shorter than the handle grip.) Unless I find something similar in style and fancier/more ornate, this will remain my favorite knife of several fixed blades! Also got the Devil Dog Machete and Bull Dog Bowie. The knife is large enough to be a shorter sword and the machete is cool, although I'm going to file down the spinal saw teeth for cutting. All sheathes are truly A+ nylon tough quality. We shall see how well they wear. Expandable Baton opened fairly easily the second time. However, the third time I gave it a good sling, it stuck and is still stuck! Will have to use a hammer, if not a sledge hammer to force collapse. ((May order and try SuperZilla)) Also purchased the emergency whistle. The dog-leash style latch makes it fit nicely on my field jacket's lapel loop, but not at all the brassy colored fancy design depicted. Basic black with gold brand name logo. No wider than a lady's thumb width, but LOUD!!! So, two complaints. However, I'm disappointed that an ORDER was REQUIRED to obtain a thin MAGAZINE, after making three online requests, previously. More like a 3.5 star review, factoring in every picky detail.

The Trump knife is beautiful. It was a gift for my husband. He likes it very much and it will be displayed with his collection. I thought the delivery was a bit slow with USPS, so that's why I gave it 4 stars.

I’ve now ordered 3 knives from budk. The first was a gift and the other 2 were for myself. The Hibben Expendables Bowie is perfect, a real handful. The timber rattler is also a handful. It had what looked like tarnishing on the guard and pommel and some surface rust on the blade. I cleaned up both issues and am satisfied.overall I would definitely recommend budk.

Order arrived one day early. Products were in excellent shape. Will likely order again.

I purchased the Bushmaster OTF knife. It came in a decent amount of time. It looks good, it’s heavy and has a nice non-slip grip. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is when I got it, it didn’t work. Nothing I did would get the blade out. I was ready to send it back when I remembered another reviewer had the same problem. He took it apart and put it back together. It then worked. I did the same with the same result. It now works fine. I also added a bit of WD-40. Blade comes out and retracts fine. The switch is a bit stiff but manageable. I like it.

The bag, is great, most likely the majority of the cost. Not much "survival" equipment that came woth the bug out bag though. Not much need for a lock oick set in the wilderness, i thought there'd at least be some paracord, or a Firestarter, or at there very least a lifestraw to filter water. I love the bag, will head to walmart to get the essentials a bug out bag should have.
