We do apologize that you were not offered the option of filing a claim and we will be getting with all of our representatives regarding this. Hello! We do apologize for the inconvenience; we show the order made it back to us yesterday and the returns department is processing it now. Your order should ship out in the next 24 business hours to the updated address; we are going to have it expressed shipped to you. Once the order ships you will receive it within 2-3 business days. Thank you for reaching out. I was able to find a couple of accounts for you. It looks like the order from 10/10/2024 was the first order you placed with us using this billing address. The shipping address was different as well. The order was held for verification due to fraud happening more and more often. They tend to have similar patterns to you order; being the first order on the account and shipping to an address in another state. I do understand the frustration of being asked to verify an order that you placed, but it is done with the safety of our customers in mind. I do apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this situation has caused you.

Good afternoon, I see where you spoke with one of the supervisors on Monday regarding this issue. It was explained then that authorization and the payment are showing as two separate transactions because they were processed on two separate days and your bank is recognizing it as two transactions because of this. We have released our hold on the initial authorization and it is now up to your bank to release the authorization charge back into your account.

We are disappointed to hear that you felt you had a negative experience during the short time you were employed at our organization in January 2023. You left our employment with no notification whatsoever and we were unaware of what happened until you emailed our HR department in May 2023. This was 4 months after your departure and that was the first time we had heard from you since the last day you worked. You explained that you had a personal circumstance that made it impossible for you to contact us to explain your abrupt departure. We take employee concerns seriously and are always open to feedback, which is why we encourage former employees to reach out directly to HR with any concerns they may have. We believe the vast majority of our employees can speak to our commitment to creating a positive work environment.
