I placed my order, they charged me, and it cleared my Bank. They then contacted me and said that I need to send them a picture of my debit card or a picture of my drivers license before they could ship my order. They didn't have any problems charging my card, and I am not sending pictures of anything. I have asked for a refund and they have not responded. I would be very careful dealing with this company.
