Due to last-minute family urgency, I must book the round-trip back and forth a few days with limited budgets. I got so many requests but your travel expert Lavonne Marquez were very patient and efficient to help me out in a matter of time and budget. And especially, I got the ticket with one-trip cabin upgraded. I really appreciated her hard-work and would like to recommend her to my friends or family.

Very responsive, personalised service. Great follow up.

Joshua was prompt, very professional and kept me informed. This was very useful as my husband and I had to make quick travel arrangements for a family emergency. Thank you Joshua for the help and follow up throughout my difficult trip.

My experience with business class has been great since the very beginning. I bought two tickets with a very good connection and price (I couldn't find this one in skyscanner or other similar webs). Moreover, I had to change my flight and my agent, Jaden Foster was very helpful and attentive. He found the best price and schedule, and was always in contact. He even did the check in for my husband and I. Very proffessional and kind.

Jaden is great! Very professional, efficient and is fantastic at follow-up. He understands our needs and does his best to deliver those. Highly recommend him!

Had a wonderful experience with Dominic H. on my recent trip to Europe! Was honestly quite unsure whether this would work since their prices where definitely the best of anywhere I’d looked. But Dominic very patiently explained the process, then followed up with me every step of the way. Even going out of his way to make sure there were no hiccups. Highly recommend! And plan to use them again myself!

Had a great experience working with Budgetlitetravel. It was very smooth and Romeo was very helpful. 5 star rating
