This was our first time working with Budget Elite Travel agency. Our agent Kai was very professional, polite and listen to our needs. Within one hour he presented us with 3 options and one of the options was just perfect for our trip. it was a smooth transaction and now we are just waiting for our trip. We would highly recommend the service. We used other travel services before but this one so far was a best experience we had.
