BudgetelitetravelReviews of budgetelitetravel.com

Pedro Chen is helpful, forthcoming and couteous, amicable. He responds and executes quickly with clear explainations. I would use him again in the future. My only gripe is with the terms and conditions which takes away my business class miles! This is something to consider for people who travels frequently ;the price of the fare you get is the trade off.

I had couple of travel needs to Europe to meet family and vacation. I contacted Budgetelitetravel for booking tickets, with stringebnt budget and requirements. Andrea Diaz, travel adviser worked closely with me with meticulous planning of the flights. She negoitiated a better deal compared my on line site searches and other travel agent I worked with. She worked patiently through few issues and road bumps. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a seamless and enjoyable journey. She dis a very good follow up and timely advice. I look forward to their assistance, with all future travel need. Good prompt service, great follow up and timely adice and recommendations.

Efficiency , reliability of the agent

The speed of service and the competence of sales representative. Only glitch was I arrived at Haneda (tokyo) airport and the connecting flight was at Narita (tokyo) airport. Had to get a taxi as trains do not run that late. 33,770 yen taxi fare..
