I know what most people think, it’s scary to deal with your finances but honestly it’s helped me and my hubby really have a new perspective on our finances and how we look at money. We are only 2.5 months in and we already payed down 10k of debt and increased our net worth by a bit over 40k. It’s structure. What most people struggling with money lack. And if you are to proud to admit your wrong then good luck because this isn’t for you. You really gotta be humble enough to admit your way is wrong and there is better out there. The team is super engaged and always nudging when you haven’t checked in or have not been active in the community. So many people on there with so much knowledge and everyone is willing to help or ask a tough question. The weekly call ins with guest finance experts help tremendously and have opened my eyes to possibilities in real estate and investments in general. It’s not a get rich promise in a week type thing so if that’s what you want this isn’t it. It’s a process and it takes time to break old bad habits and get re trained with healthy new ones. If you can hang through the growing pains then go for it. Would I spend the money to do this again, hell yes, Because maybe I could have learned on my own by doing tons and I mean tons of research but I don’t have the years it takes to collect all this info and put it to work on a trial by fire action. I’m tired of guessing. I finally found what works for me.

I’m a HENRY. High Erner Not Rich Yet. I own 3 businesses that generate into the millions. I have CFO’s, advisory boards, lawyers on retainer etc. you would think with this kind of wealth and knowledge surrounding me - that I would be set up in my personal financial life. I WASN’T. The more my businesses grew the more desperate we grew to obtain the financial literacy on our own. I’ve hired “wealth managers” and “financials coaches” and truthfully, I think they got me in worse shape than they did good. My husband and I consumed BDG content on the socials for a few years before life got real for us (2 kids) and we decided - WE are the only way out of this, WE need to learn - not hire.
