Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to provide valuable support to every student, and we’ve made multiple efforts (call, email, text) to check in and assist you along the way. We did not ever hear back from you. We were happy to offer an extension when you needed more time, and we’re always here to help. Our program is designed to provide the best resources and guidance, and engagement and accountability plays a big role in success. We are not a golden ticket and require effort on your end. If you ever choose to revisit the academy, we’d love to support you on your journey!

Our goal here at Budgetdog is to give everyone an exceptional experience with everything we do. When this review initially came in, it came as a big surprise given this was our first bad review, and we had no record of any experience with you. We then requested more information through TrustPilot directly to figure out your full contact details. Once we received those details, the first thing we did was attempt to understand the root issue of your peculiar review in your “negative experience.” After speaking with our entire team internally, scouring our CRM, and checking all payment processors, we still had zero record of any experience with you. No meetings. No purchases. No activity. Unfortunately, we have not found anything, which leaves us at a crossroads… We have attempted multiple outreach attempts to you to ensure we make things right by you, however, it is tough as you have not answered our calls, texts, or emails. If in fact you missed these outreach attempts and would like to speak with us, we would be honored. Best of luck with your future endeavors!
