I chose Buddy Allen Carpet One to replace all the floors in my recently purchased 1973 built split level ranch. My floors are beautiful and I am extremely happy with the products, the installation, and the customer service I received. My sales rep, Emory Kincaid, was top notch and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The installers, Roger, Jerry, and Larry were on time, worked productively, and took excellent care of my home while they were there. I would highly recommend Buddy Allen Carpet One to anyone needing new floors.

Buddy Allen has a lot of floors to choose from and a lot of experience installing them. Emory was extremely helpful in selecting the floors - Luxury Vinyl Plank for my kitchen and dining area. Roger and Larry did a professional job installing the floor. They went above and beyond to first repair squeaks in the floor and later in caulking all the new trim and nail holes. Overall very pleased.
