These guys are the best in Middle Tennessee for a reason. Our business only makes one call for any flooring needs at our facility. Buddy Allen Carpet One in Donelson provides the best service and installation in town.

Judson provided invaluable help in the showroom. He communicated and followed up with us as needed. The installers, Roger and Larry, were courteous and professional. We had a wonderful experience all around and will return to Buddy Allen for future carpet needs.

I would recommend buddy Allen flooring to anyone! I worked with Emory and he was professional and very helpful and gave me updates throughout the whole process which I appreciated. The install was prompt and the two gentlemen who installed the carpets were wonderful! I am 100% pleased with my experience and outcome. Seriously don't bother going anywhere else, these guys are the ones to work with.

Got what I paid for. Great products and excellence service. The installers helped with moving furniture, cleaned up, when they were done and asked if there was anything else they could do before they left. I am totally pleased with the work that was done, thanks.

Can't say enough good things about them, due to other contractors not being on schedule, and then a room flooding in my house. I had to reschedule twice, Emory worked with me both times, even sent a nice card. The installers (Larry and Roger), did very nice work, and the clean up they do after tearing out your old carpet is absolutely worth it. I'll use them every time I need flooring done.

Emory Kincaid and his crew were excellent to work with on my flooring projects. Emory is very knowledgeable which was key in the decision making process. He used your need and evaluated my usage situatioin to narrow down the best options available. The carpet and floor crews were exceptional. Both were very professional, efficient, quick and performed beyond expectations. I would definitely use them again in future and would highly recommend them to anyone with flooring needs.

Emory Kincaid was excellent to work with. He came to our home to measure in a timely fashion. We talked several times by phone and he was so helpful in trying to choose a match to the wood flooring I already had. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Ronnie and his crew was exceptional. They finished the job in two days installing 3 bedrooms and a rec room. They were neat, replaced the furniture and cleaned the floors. I will definitely use Buddy Allen again to buy area rugs for my wood floors.
